nother way of reaching Lefkada is by plane from its neighbor island Corfu. You can fly to Corfu from almost every European airport. There are also Olympic Airways flights from Corfu to Aktio-Preveza airport once a week.

• You can also cover the short distance from Corfu to Lefkada (approx. 100 km) by ferry boat from Corfu to Igoumenitsa and from there by mini bus. There are daily departures from Corfu to Igoumenitsa between 06.00 and 22.00 and it takes about 1-1.5 hours to reach Igoumenitsa.
• From Athens you can take the plane to Aktio-Preveza, as there are domestic flights to the airport several times a week.

• The Marina
The Marina of Lefkada can host a total of 620 yachts of up to 45 metres length and 3,5 meters draught. It is operating since 2002 and it belongs to the most modern marinas of the Mediterranean, satisfying the most demanding visitors by its high quality services, facilities and structure. Dry docking facilities for about 278 boats are also available.
• Traveling with your own vehicle
Being the only island in Greece connected to the mainland, Lefkada is accessible by car, motorcycle or bus. In case you arrive from Italy by ferry, you will have to cover a distance of 120 km from the port of Igoumenitsa or Patra.
